WHEN: Saturday 2nd March, 10:00-17:00

WHERE: Kingsdown Sports Centre, Swindon SN2 7SH

WHO: Suitable for any gender, signed off as safe to play by their coaches and played less than around 20 games/scrims.

WHAT:

The first half of the day will consist of two master classes; a blocker session led by Team Wales’ Firefly, and a jammer session led by Wiltshire’s main rotation jammer Diamond Dodge.

“Join Firefly as he shows you how to build a strong stable defensive wall, starting with a solid foundation all the way to a reinforced wall resistant to everything the Jammers throw at it.”

“Join Diamond Dodge in a focused jammer session as we dodge, duck, dip and drive through walls. We’ll work on explosive power, being one with your offence and spotting opportunities to work smarter not harder.”

This will be followed by a scrim to put into practise everything you’ve learned!
